On November 30th, the appointment ceremony of Xiye’s project manager for December 2023 was successfully held. General Manager Mr. Wang, the heads of Marketing Center, Finance Center, Engineering Center, Procurement Center and Human Resources attended the appointment ceremony. A total of six projects were appointed in this ceremony, which took the appointment method of online signing and offline ceremony, and the ceremony was a complete success.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the project manager made a detailed explanation of the six projects appointed, respectively from the project situation, duration, project content, as well as project features, etc., to give a wonderful explanation, so that we have a more comprehensive understanding of the appointed projects, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent work.
After the project manager's passionate statement of office, general manager Mr. Wang firstly thanked them for their outstanding contribution to the company's project construction and affirmed their good achievements in previous work. Project manager is the core of project management, responsible for the entire project drawings, procurement, manufacturing, implementation and control. Mr. Wang put forward his expectations for the newly appointed project managers, hoping that they will overcome new challenges in the new journey, and unite and lead the project team members with the goal of practicing the corporate vision of “building a customer-recognized, value-creating national enterprise”. We hope that they will show hundredfold determination, gather full energy and actively devote themselves to the project construction, so that every Xiye project can produce fruitful results!
Finally, Mr. Wang signed the target responsibility letter with the newly appointed project managers one by one, and the project managers also submitted the responsibility certificate to the company at the same time. Project managers have expressed their gratitude to the company's leadership for the heavy responsibility. In the subsequent work, they will surely try their best to make the project another high-quality project of the company by virtue of their professional technology and rich experience, and make due contribution to the development and growth of Xiye.
