Xiye engineers demonstrated the production process of key components of the project on site and presented core indicators such as equipment processing accuracy and material performance parameters in real-time through data dashboards. Subsequently, the group returned to the headquarters of Xiye and had a technical exchange in the conference room. Both parties conducted a comprehensive review of the engineering design drawings, feasibility of the process plan, and project schedule planning. In response to the production capacity requirements and environmental standards proposed by Xuzhou New Materials Company, the Xiye team presented the results of 3D modeling dynamic simulation and put forward optimization suggestions such as structural lightweighting and modular assembly. Based on international metallurgical equipment technical specifications, both parties confirm that key performance indicators (such as equipment lifespan, energy efficiency, etc.) have reached industry-leading levels.
