On February 18th, the Sichuan Tongwei technical team made a special visit to the Xiye Xingping factory to conduct on-site inspections of the equipment processing progress and quality of the industrial silicon DC furnace project. As an innovative leader in the field of metallurgical equipment, Xiye has won high recognition from customers with its independently developed industrial silicon DC furnace technology solutions and efficient, energy-saving, and intelligent hard core capabilities.
Industrial silicon, as the core raw material for strategic industries such as photovoltaics and semiconductors, has long been constrained by high energy consumption and environmental pressure in its production. Based on more than 20 years of experience in metallurgical equipment research and development, Xiye has launched a new generation of DC ore blast furnace technology tailored to the characteristics of industrial silicon smelting. Through three core breakthroughs: efficient smelting design, intelligent control system, and green manufacturing process, the goal of reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency has been achieved. The DC furnace solution tailored for Sichuan Tongwei this time integrates modular structural design and remote operation and maintenance functions, which can accurately adapt to customers' dual needs for equipment stability and low-carbon production.


During the inspection of the Xingping factory, the Sichuan Tongwei technical team highly praised the manufacturing strength of Xiye. From raw material procurement, precision machining to assembly testing, Xiye strictly implements the ISO quality management system. Key components are processed using five axis linkage CNC machine tools, with error accuracy controlled within 0.02 millimeters; The high-temperature resistant coating on the furnace body has been verified through multiple processes, and its service life has been extended by 30% compared to traditional equipment. The project leader stated, "Xiye's process standards and delivery efficiency have exceeded expectations, and we are confident that the project will be put into operation on schedule.
This cooperation is not only the delivery of a single device, but also a deep collaboration between the two parties in technology co creation. The Xiye technical team fully participated in the production line planning of Sichuan Tongwei, providing a full process optimization plan from furnace selection, heat recovery to exhaust gas purification. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to reduce carbon emissions for customers by over 10000 tons per year, helping Tongwei build a demonstration sample of a "zero carbon factory". During the exchange, the Vice President of Xiye Production emphasized, "We always take customer needs as the innovation starting point, and use lower carbon and more intelligent equipment technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of the metallurgical industry.
