Along with the development and growth of Xiye’s business and the continuous improvement of internal management, in order to enable Xiye employees to further understand the company’s employee management system and standardize the daily workflow of employees. On January 23rd, the company carried out the Employee Handbook system update training and learning in the conference room. This training mainly interpreted and studied the contents of the updated system, such as corporate culture system, code of conduct system, employment system, attendance management system, reward and punishment system, daily administrative system and other parts of the system.
This training was initiated by the Human Resources Department, and the whole meeting was hosted by Manager Gao of the Human Resources Department, who said, “The training of the company’ system is a strong support for the improvement of the staff and an important initiative for the development of the company. Only by allowing employees to fully understand and strictly implement the company’s system, the company’s system can be better developed.” Improve the efficiency of internal management and enhance the sense of responsibility of employees, thus improving the overall operational efficiency of the company.
