On November 16th, the LF-260 ton refining system solution project for a steel plant in Tangshan, undertaken by Xiye, reached an important moment - the thermal load test was successfully completed in one go! The various indicators of the refining system run smoothly, and the process parameters accurately meet the standards. Feng Yanwei, Deputy General Manager of Xiye, personally supervised the operation and had in-depth discussions with the project leader of the steel plant on site regarding the details of production.
This project is another masterpiece of Xiye after successfully building multiple large-scale smelting projects. The project introduces multiple cutting-edge technologies: adopting an efficient and energy-saving combustion system, setting a new benchmark for energy conservation and consumption reduction in refining systems; Advanced automation control systems have been introduced to achieve precise control of the refining process. In addition, the project has also put in sufficient effort in environmental protection, adopting advanced smoke and dust collection technology to ensure environmental compliance during the production process.
Since the official launch of the project in June 2024, facing multiple challenges such as tight schedule, difficult construction, and difficult site control, the Xiye project team, under the strong leadership of company leaders, has worked closely with various departments to overcome difficulties and ultimately ensured the smooth installation and commissioning of the refined system solution project, laying a solid foundation for hot testing. At the end of October, the refining system officially entered the single unit trial stage. After nearly two weeks of careful operation and strict monitoring, on November 16th, the refining system successfully hot tested steel and delivered satisfactory results to users.
