On June 26, the one-time hot test of a ladle refining equipment upgrading project in Hunan Province, undertaken by Xiye Science and Technology Group, was successful. The overall operation of the hot test process was stable, the parameters were normal, and the control curve met the requirements, which successfully reached an important milestone in the implementation of the project.
The project is a new electrode rotating double-station ladle refining furnace, including LF furnace mechanical equipment, electrical and automation equipment, auxiliary equipment design, supply, installation, commissioning and technical services. From contract signing, site survey, equipment design, manufacturing, inspection, including equipment packaging, transportation, site construction, installation, commissioning…… Xiye people closely cooperate, work together, and overcome the layers of difficulties in project construction, small site, multiple units in the region simultaneous construction, open rain period, construction period and other adverse factors, the project team carefully organized, reasonable arrangement.
