On March 7th, the Chairman of Zhongzhong Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. led a delegation to visit and inspect Xiye. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as technology research and development, industrial collaboration, and market expansion, and conducted on-site inspections of Xiye Xingping Manufacturing Plant.
Both sides held a symposium, and Xiye warmly welcomed the visit of the delegation from Zhongzhong Science and Technology. Both parties first introduced the current development status and core advantages of their respective enterprises. Xiye Technology highlighted its technological breakthroughs in the field of special steel metallurgical equipment, including independently developed "bottleneck" technological achievements such as large DC melting furnaces for metal silicon and titanium melting equipment, and emphasized the company's practice of promoting low-carbon transformation in the metallurgical industry under the "dual carbon" strategy. As a leading enterprise in the field of metallurgical complete equipment, Zhongzhong Technology shared its experience in the research and development of production equipment and processes for strip steel and section steel, especially in leading the "14th Five Year Plan" national major special projects, demonstrating its "differentiated development" strategy and industry influence.
Both parties agree that the metallurgical industry is facing opportunities for transformation towards intelligence, greenness, and internationalization. In the future, cooperation can be deepened in areas such as joint research and development of high-end equipment, collaborative development of overseas markets, and complementary industrial chain resources to jointly enhance the global competitiveness of China's metallurgical equipment.
Zhongzhong leaders inspected Xiye Xingping Manufacturing Plant to gain a deeper understanding of Xiye's intelligent manufacturing system and green production practices. The delegation visited the welding production line and metallurgical system assembly workshop at Xingping factory, and the delegation from Zhongzhong Technology showed a strong interest in the flexible assembly method of the equipment. Later, I also visited the research and development achievements of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment at Xiye. The staff explained how the equipment can help customers reduce energy consumption and operating costs through physical displays and operational demonstrations. The delegation from Zhongzhong Technology used their mobile phones to capture and record multiple work scenarios, and highly recognized the innovation of Xiye in "energy consumption control" and "process accuracy". They also proposed joint research and development in the field of equipment energy efficiency optimization in the future.
This inspection has laid a solid foundation for cooperation between both parties. The Chairman of Zhongzhong stated that "Xiye's deep cultivation in the field of green intelligent equipment is highly complementary to Zhongzhong's process innovation capabilities, and we look forward to resource sharing and technology research." Xiye also emphasized that it will rely on the Xi'an headquarters research and development center and international industrial layout, and work with Zhongzhong Technology and other partners to build a full chain ecosystem covering research and development, production, and services, and promote the high-end and globalization of China's metallurgical equipment.
