A delegation from a Russian mining company visited Xiye for inspection: jointly drawing a new chapter of green solid waste treatment

On February 18th, a delegation from a Russian mining company visited Xiye. Focusing on the innovation and application of solid waste treatment technology, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on metallurgical solid waste recycling, green circular economy and other issues, so as to inject new momentum into deepening international cooperation and expanding the "the Belt and Road" market.

As a leading enterprise in the field of metallurgical equipment in China, Xiye has always focused on "green intelligence" and created solutions covering the entire chain of metallurgical solid waste. This time, the Russian mining company focused on inspecting the solid waste conversion equipment and resource recycling technology independently developed by Xiye, including mature cases such as the resource utilization of calcium aluminate solid waste and the large-scale disposal of tailings. The visiting delegation highly appreciates the "1+5" business model of Xiye (based on metallurgical smelting technology, extending equipment, engineering, intelligence and other services), and believes that its technology is suitable for the upgrading needs of Russia's mining industry.

In recent years, Xiye has accelerated its globalization layout, and its products have been exported to more than ten countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, and the Philippines. During this inspection, Russian mining companies paid special attention to the technological breakthroughs of Xiye in areas such as metal silicon smelting and tailings treatment. For example, the world's first large-scale DC melting furnace for metallic silicon developed by Xiye not only overcomes the bottleneck problem, but also becomes a benchmark in the international market with its high efficiency and low consumption characteristics. Both sides also discussed the prospects of the Russian solid waste treatment market. With the promotion of environmental exhibitions such as "WasteTech 2025" in Russia, the demand for solid waste infrastructure has surged, and Xiye's technology and equipment are expected to become the preferred solution to fill the market gap.

During the inspection, the Russian delegation visited the Xiye Xingping and Zhashui factories to gain a deeper understanding of intelligent control systems and lean manufacturing processes. The Xiye project team shared their experience in optimizing project schedules and quality control. A representative from a Russian mining company stated, "Xiye's technology is not only efficient, but also highly compatible with Russia's' resource recycling 'strategy. We look forward to deep cooperation between the two sides in areas such as solid waste treatment.

In the future, relying on the "double carbon" goal and the "the Belt and Road" initiative, MCC will continue to export green and intelligent technologies to promote the transformation of the global metallurgical industry to low-carbon and resource-based.
