On April 22, 2025, Xiye held the kick-off meeting of the Donghua Phase III LF Refining Furnace Project, which is the general contracting project of Zhonggang Equipment. As the equipment supplier of the project, Xiye will provide the project with a full-chain solution covering the supply of main equipment, installation services, installation materials, civil engineering design and steel structure. Following the successful cooperation of the first and second phases of the Donghua project, the cooperation between the two parties in the field of metallurgical equipment has now entered a new stage.
At the launch meeting, the person in charge of the Xiye project said: "We have deeply learned the valuable experience of the first and second phase projects. In view of the technical difficulties and process characteristics of the LF refining furnace equipment installation, we have formed a special team led by senior engineers and formed a full-cycle management plan covering construction process optimization, quality control system, and safe and civilized construction." It is reported that the project team has completed an in-depth review of the data of the previous projects and formulated optimization measures for key links in the use of equipment, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality promotion of the third phase project.
Zhonggang Equipment Refining Furnace Project adopts a number of industry-leading technologies, including intelligent temperature control systems, efficient dust removal and environmental protection devices, and digital operation and maintenance platforms. After the project is completed, it will achieve the goal of improving molten steel refining efficiency and reducing energy consumption, helping the owner unit to further consolidate its leading position in the industry.
The launch of this project not only deepens the cooperation between the two parties, but is also an important practice for Xiye Technology to deepen the "technology + service" dual-wheel drive strategy.
