The LF has the following conditions and functions:
● The working conditions are reducing atmosphere and slightly positive pressure;
● The electrode adjustment mode is three-arm type three-phase electrodes adjusted separately;
● The thermodynamic condition is graphite electrode arc heating;
● The kinetic condition is argon blowing and stirring at the bottom of the ladle;
● Adding a certain amount of scrap crushed material into the ladle, arc heating to raise the temperature, temperature measurement and sampling, so that the temperature control is accurate, so that the pouring temperature can be optimized;
